Not all assistance is financial and we feel lucky to count ourselves part of the network of Community Based Organisations and Non Government Organisations throughout Botswana and indeed Southern Africa.

As members of Phytotrade, we gain valuable access to wider markets and to research and development information. Similarly, we work closely with Veld Products Research and Development to mutual advantage here in Botswana. The Southern Africa Marula Oil Producers Network has given enormous help and enabled us to develop our marula cosmetic products.

We have also received great support and encouragement from other community organizations in Botswana who are doing great work, whether in rural development or combating the disastrous effects of HIV-AIDS. We have been delighted to work with the Light and Courage Centre in Francistown, Dula Sentle in Otse, Khama Rhino Sanctuary Trust near Serowe, Thusano Lefatsheng, Somarelang Tikologo and Gantsicraft who are all doing sterling work in their respective communities.

We must also thank the staff of a number of parastatals and similar organizations. Everyone has a job to do but many of the staff at Botswana National Productivity Centre, The National Food Technology Research Centre and The University of Botswana have assisted us above and beyond the call of duty.

We have had help from overseas as well. Sue Parbury, a retired Managing Director from UK has worked for many months over the past three years as a volunteer, masterminding the development of marula oil and many other developments. Kent Lynn in Canada has been attempting to devise nutcrackers which will crack marula nuts.

Last but certainly not least, we owe an enormous vote of thanks to Robert Nash for designing and developing this Website free of charge and to his employers, Relyon Beds for allowing some work time and facilities to help him to do it.
